Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods, processing times may be extended by an additional 1–2 business days.

We offer standard and express delivery options Australia-wide.

Standard Shipping

Cost: $10 (or free shipping for purchases over $200)

Express Shipping
Delivery Time: 1–3 business days
Cost: $15

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external courier delays.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.
Delivery Time: 6–14 business days, depending on destination.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their local authorities.

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee address changes.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your parcel is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact the courier to lodge an investigation.
Replacements or refunds will only be issued once the courier confirms the parcel is lost, in accordance with their investigation process.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of hair products and hair extensions, and in line with hygiene regulations, we can only accept returns or exchanges under the following strict conditions:

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Hair extensions and hair products must be unopened, unused, unworn, and in their original sealed packaging.
  • Once the hygiene seal has been broken, the product cannot be returned or exchanged for safety and health reasons.

Change of Mind

Under Australian Consumer Law, businesses are not required to accept returns for change of mind. However, we may offer a return or exchange only if the product remains completely sealed and unopened.

Faulty or Defective Products

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is:

  • Faulty
  • Not of acceptable quality
  • Not as described

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us immediately with detailed photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and provide a resolution in line with ACL requirements.

Please note: All items are thoroughly inspected to meet quality control before shipping to customers. general wear and tear, damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, heat damage, chemical exposure, or failure to follow care instructions does not qualify as a product fault.

Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the request.
  2. We will confirm whether the item meets return eligibility.
  3. Approved items must be returned in their original sealed condition.
  4. Once inspected and approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
